Adil M. Khan is a Shareholder in Vedder Price’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area.
Mr. Khan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation disputes and class action defense. He has experience handling a variety of matters including false advertising, unfair competition, product liability, and contract disputes. He has significant experience defending against claims based on so-called “junk fees” and alleged practices involving strikethrough and reference pricing. His practice spans across multiple industries including e-commerce, retail, food service, private equity, nutritional supplements, financial services, homebuilding, and motor vehicle.

Steven J. Dollear, Chicago Office
Steven J. Dollear is a Shareholder in Vedder Price’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Government Investigations & White Collar Defense practice group.
Mr. Dollear brings over 19 years of experience as a federal prosecutor, offering clients a strategic, insider’s perspective on government investigations, enforcement actions, and high-stakes litigation. Most recently, he served as Chief of the National Security and Cybercrime Section at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois, where he led complex and sensitive matters involving cyber intrusions, theft of trade secrets, economic espionage, export control violations, and national security threats, including a focus on cases where companies were the targets.

John P. Guyette, New York Office
John P. Guyette is a Shareholder in Vedder Price’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment group.
Mr. Guyette is a seasoned litigator who focuses his practice on general employment counseling and training, workplace investigations, and complex litigation of single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff discrimination matters, wage and hour violations, and wrongful discharge disputes. Mr. Guyette has extensive experience practicing in federal and state courts, before administrative agencies, and in various arbitration panels addressing employment compensation, retaliation, whistleblower and defamation claims. Robert Salame, New York Office
Robert Salame is a Shareholder in Vedder Price’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate groups.
Mr. Salame's real estate practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. This includes, without limitation, representing sponsors and developers throughout the lifecycle of a transaction (e.g., joint venturing, acquisitions, dispositions and financing (both debt and equity), across a wide range of asset classes, such as retail, office, multifamily and hotel and industrial properties. He also routinely represents debt funds and family offices in secured debt, mezzanine loans, note-on-note financing, and preferred equity transactions.

Kimberley E. Lunetta, Miami Office
Kimberley E. Lunetta is a Shareholder in Vedder Price’s Miami office and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment group.
Ms. Lunetta has spent her legal career representing employers in labor and employment matters, including defending employers in jury and bench trials in federal and state courts, in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and other arbitration forums and before administrative agencies. She defends and counsels clients facing a range of labor and employment issues, with a focus on the financial services, life sciences and telecommunication industries. She also specializes in advising on employee medical leave and disability accommodations and defending against disability discrimination and failure to accommodate claims.

Daniel R. Alonso, New York Office
Daniel R. Alonso is a Shareholder in Vedder Price’s New York office, a member of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense group and Co-Chair of Latin America Investigations and Litigation.
Mr. Alonso focuses his practice on white collar defense of corporations and individuals, internal investigations, corporate compliance and ethics, and complex civil litigation. He has represented public and private companies across many industries, as well as corporate executives, in matters involving the United States Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, New York State Department of Financial Services, Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and New York and New Jersey Attorney Generals’ Offices, among other enforcement agencies. Brent K. Yamashita, San Francisco Office
Brent K. Yamashita is a Shareholder in Vedder Price’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property group.
Mr. Yamashita is a seasoned litigator with over 25 years of experience representing technology companies of all sizes. He has tried eight patent cases and argued thirteen claim construction hearings in the federal district courts and the United States International Trade Commission (ITC). He has argued as lead counsel in numerous inter partes review (IPR) proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He specializes in cases and technologies involving circuit design, computer hardware and software, wireless communication and networking.
