Mr. Khan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation disputes and class action defense. He has experience handling a variety of matters including false advertising, unfair competition, product liability, and contract disputes. He has significant experience defending against claims based on so-called “junk fees” and alleged practices involving strikethrough and reference pricing. His practice spans across multiple industries including e-commerce, retail, food service, private equity, nutritional supplements, financial services, homebuilding, and motor vehicle. 

Mr. Khan guides his clients through all phases of litigation from inception to trial in both state and federal courts. He also has a wide range of experience with consumer class actions alleging claims under California’s Unfair Competition Law, False Advertising Law, and Consumer Legal Remedies Act, as well as federal statutes like the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. 

Additionally, Mr. Khan has represented companies in matters that include pursuing former executives and managers for theft of trade secret, unfair competition, conversion, and fraud.
