Leadership Council on Legal Diversity
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) is an organization of more than 275 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have dedicated themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. Their programs are designed to attract, inspire and nurture talent within organizations, helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.
Vedder Price joined LCLD in 2018 and as a member of the LCLD Fellows Program, has had seven shareholders participate as Fellows:

Launched in 2011, LCLD’s landmark Fellows Program works by identifying high-potential attorneys from diverse backgrounds and setting them on the path to leadership of their organizations.
In addition, the firm expanded its partnership with LCLD by participating in the Pathfinders program beginning in 2019. LCLD's Pathfinders take part in a program that trains high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development. Two Vedder associates participate as Pathfinders annually.
