The firm designed its mentoring programs to assist associates with their integration into the firm and to provide one-on-one guidance on how to achieve their career goals.
As a new associate, you are matched with an associate mentor for your first two years. Your mentor serves as a “go-to” resource for questions and guidance, particularly with respect to your practice group. As a mid-to-senior-level associate, you are also matched with a shareholder mentor, with whom you will meet approximately once per quarter to discuss your professional development and to learn about business development.
Through these mentoring relationships, we help you develop and implement an individualized professional and business development plan based on your needs and desires for professional growth.
