On February 24, Vedder Price attorneys Jeanah Park, Amy L. Bess and Monique Chase participated in the seventh annual “Mentoring Monday,” hosted by Bizwomen and American City Business Journals across 43 Business Journal markets. The mission of this one-day national event is to help women develop successful careers and strong networks in a one-on-one setting with accomplished female mentors in a variety of industries.

In Chicago, Litigation Shareholder and Chair of the Vedder Price Diversity Committee Jeanah Park served as a featured mentor. “This is such a fun and innovative way to connect with professional women in a variety of industries,” said Ms. Park. “Our Diversity Committee and WAVES women’s initiative (Women at Vedder Empowering Success) share common goals in supporting women in developing skills and strategies to be successful in business and in life. I enjoyed meeting so many accomplished women at the event and look forward to continuing these valuable relationships past Mentoring Monday.”

Labor & Employment Practice Area Leader Amy Bess participated as a featured mentor for the second year in a row in Washington, DC, and Associate Monique Chase was a mentor at New York’s event.
