Samuel G. Korshak is a Shareholder in Vedder Price’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate group.
Mr. Korshak concentrates his practice on representing financial institutions, investors and developers in real estate transactions and financing matters. He has assisted clients through every stage of the transaction process, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, financing documentation and supplementary transaction documentation, and conducting due diligence.
Mr. Korshak has counseled lenders and borrowers in matters related to acquisition, development and construction financings, including highly complex syndicated loans.
Mr. Korshak also has experience representing clients in condominium development, conversions and deconversions, as well as in real estate-related litigation matters.
Mr. Korshak graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he received Book Awards for Trial Practice and Negotiation & Mediation. He received his undergraduate degree from The American University.
Mr. Korshak has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America Ones to Watch: Real Estate Law category since 2023.
