London Employment Attorney Daniel Stander recently authored the article “How to conduct a workplace investigation” in Personnel Today, in which he discusses the steps on how employers can best conduct workplace investigations, from knowing when an investigation may be necessary, to how to suspend an employee if need be while the investigation is carried out. 

Mr. Stander comments on why these investigations have been on the rise, stating “Workplace investigations have seen a huge rise in recent years as employees and society at large have an increasing expectation of accountability and transparency.”
