Mr. Iacovino focuses his practice on advising clients in connection with complex corporate transactions and general corporate and organizational matters. He has represented buyers, sellers, sponsors and management teams in a variety of transactions, both domestic and cross-border, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, asset acquisitions and divestitures, equity investments, joint ventures, and financings and lending transactions. Additionally, Mr. Iacovino has experience assisting clients with private equity fund formation matters and corporate restructurings.

Mr. Iacovino received his law degree from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa. While in law school, he was the Executive Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and received the CALI Award in Legal Writing I and II.
