Mr. Bryson focuses his practice on representing broker-dealers, investment advisers, family offices, private funds and other financial institutions in a broad range of legal, regulatory, governance, formation and compliance matters.
He has extensive experience advising registered investment advisers (RIAs) and fund sponsors on regulatory obligations, structuring and launching alternative investment vehicles and navigating Investment Advisers Act and Investment Company Act (’40 Act) compliance.
He has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the Banking and Finance Law category from 2023-2025.
