Edward K. Gross, David M. Hernandez and Derek Watson, Shareholders on the Vedder Price Global Transportation Finance team, will speak at the Corporate Jet Investor (CJI) School of International Corporate Jet & Helicopter Finance 2014 conference taking place July 7–9 at the stunning Hartsfield Manor in Surrey, England.
Mr. Hernandez and Mr. Watson will present on key legal aspects of the sales process, including the most important elements of the LOI, negotiating the deposit and escrow, and getting deals to completion. Mr. Gross will discuss debt finance, ranging from basic structural elements to more complex arrangements as well as term sheets and aircraft loan agreements.
