Vedder Price helped its client Chemonics International fend off a bid protest filed by a disappointed offeror contesting a $9.5 billion contract award made by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). After extensive proceedings, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) denied a variety of challenges to the evaluation of technical proposals, costs and the conduct of discussions.
