Vedder Price Represents JetSMART in SLB with New Lessor
Vedder Price is pleased to announce it represented JetSMART, a South American ultra low-cost carrier, in connection with the delivery of its first A320neo from German Operating Aircraft Leasing (GOAL).

"This is an important new lessor relationship for JetSMART that will have a positive impact as the airline continues to grow its fleet and move into new markets in South America."
As part of this transaction, three additional A320neo and two A321neo will be delivered during 2024 and 2025.
In addition to Neil Poland, the Vedder Price legal team in London on the transaction also included solicitors Esha Nath, Josh Alexander and Sarah Yeow.
