Vedder Price is pleased to announce that four attorneys have been named as Shareholders in the firm.

Mark J. Ditto, elevated from Associate and a member of the Global Transportation Finance team, represents operating lessors, commercial banks, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, and other investors in all manner of aircraft finance transactions. He also represents the Export-Import Bank of the United States in export credit agency supported financings. He has experience in facility financings, including those in the manufacturing, distribution, and water treatment industries. Mr. Ditto was recently recognized as an Emerging Lawyer in Chicago Lawyer Magazine’s February 2017 issue. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude from University of Texas School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude from DePauw University.

Michael E. Draz, elevated from Associate and a member of the Global Transportation Finance team, focuses on aircraft and railcar finance and has significant experience representing commercial banks, operating lessors, finance companies, manufacturers, private equity funds, hedge funds and other investors in a variety of financing structures, including securitizations, warehouse loan facilities and other structured financings, cross-border operating leases, leveraged leases and portfolio acquisitions and divestitures. In 2015 and 2016, Mr. Draz was selected for inclusion in Euromoney’s LMG Rising Stars Expert Guide: Aviation. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Nicole J. Wing, elevated from Associate and a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area, represents clients in the construction and manufacturing industries in a wide array of complex matters. Her practice includes counseling clients as to litigation avoidance in contract negotiations and project delivery, conducting contract negotiations and handling all manner of disputes. In addition, Ms. Wing maintains an active pro bono practice, including accepting appointments from the Criminal Court of Cook County to represent indigent defendants at trial, and she was selected for inclusion from 2014 to 2016 as an Illinois Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. She earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her B.A., with honors from the University of Illinois.

Mark L. Stolzenburg, elevated from Associate and a member of the Labor & Employment practice group, focuses his practice on labor-management relations. He negotiates collective bargaining agreements, represents employers in labor arbitrations, counsels employers on day-to-day issues regarding the collective bargaining relationship, assists employers with union organizing and decertification campaigns, represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board, handles labor-related litigation in federal and state courts and represents employers in ERISA lawsuits filed by union Taft-Hartley pension and benefit funds. Mr. Stolzenburg has been selected as an Emerging Lawyer, an affiliate of Leading Lawyers, from 2014 to 2016. He earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law and his B.S. from Cornell University.
