Most recently Berger spent the past six years as Chair of the Real Estate Department with Meyer, Suozzi, English and Klein, P.C., and he brings extensive experience to Vedder Price with a strong emphasis on representing land proprietors and developers in all facets of transactional real estate, including the acquisition, disposition, financing (construction and acquisition mortgage conduit loans) and leasing of commercial properties regionally, as well as nationwide.

“Adding Alexander’s strategic guidance to our team ensures our clients will get the key knowledge and insights they need to help them efficiently navigate through their complex transactions and matters, especially in the New York and New Jersey markets,” said Andrew Torre, Vedder Price Shareholder and Chair of the Real Estate Group. “Alexander will be a welcome addition to our team as we look to grow and expand our real estate practice in the future as well.”

Berger received his law degree from New York Law School, and his undergraduate degree from New York University.
