Ms. McCann focuses her legal practice on complex commercial litigation as well as labor and employment in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate court levels. She has experience defending labor and employment claims brought against employers relating to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. She also assists employers in the development of policies and procedures and counsels clients on employment issues including leaves of absence and state wage laws. Ms. McCann has experience counseling nonprofit entities on applying for and obtaining 501(c)(3) status. Ms. McCann currently serves on the firm's Pro Bono Committee. 

Ms. McCann received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law, and her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from New York University.
