Tamara Droubi, a member of the firm’s Government Contracts group will be presenting “Compliance in Federal Procurement” in partnership with TRTCLE on Thursday, November 2, 2023. The program will provide an overview of the compliance and ethical risks facing federal contractors, and discuss some of the key compliance obligations facing companies that sell goods and services to the U.S. Government. It will also address the potential risks of non-compliance. Topics will include the False Claims Act (FCA), mandatory disclosure rule, and suspension and debarment.
