Steven Green is an Associate in Vedder Price’s London office and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team.

Mr. Green focuses his practice on asset finance, mostly in the aviation and helicopter sectors. Mr Green also has transactional and contentious experience in the maritime sector. Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Green worked and trained at an international law firm in its London and Seoul offices, predominantly working in the aviation and maritime sectors.

Mr. Green has a broad range of aviation finance experience having previously advised lenders, lessors and airlines on the sale and purchase, leasing and financing of commercial aircraft. He also has experience advising high net worth individuals on the acquisition and financing of business and corporate jets. Mr. Green’s maritime experience has concerned the cross-border financing of vessels.

In 2026, the Legal 500 UK recommended Mr. Green in the Transport: Finance and Leasing category.

Mr. Green received his undergraduate law degree from Durham University, Van Mildert College.
