Ms. Chen focuses her practice on corporate and finance transactions involving commercial and business aircraft, general equipment finance and aviation regulatory compliance. Her general equipment finance experience includes various related transactional matters, including securitizations and other capital markets transactions involving those assets.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Chen assisted counsels at the Export-Import Bank of the United States on various legal matters and conducted policy research for its front office. In addition, Ms. Chen collaborated with attorneys and investigators at the World Bank to conduct investigations involving procurements in East Asia.

Ms. Chen is fluent in Mandarin.
