Ms. Paspulati represents clients in all aspects of federal and state employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations and wrongful termination. She defends employers in wage and hour class actions under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). She investigates charges filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and California Department of Fair Employment and Housing. Ms. Paspulati also counsels clients on classification of employees, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodation and wage and hour compliance. She has successfully defended employers in a variety of industries, including technology, retail, energy, automotive manufacturers, restaurants, staffing agencies and large HR outsourcing companies.

Since 2021, Ms. Paspulati was recognized by Thompson Reuters Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the Employment Litigation: Defense category. 

Ms. Paspulati was one of 30 Fellows selected nationwide to the 2020 National Employment Law Council (NELC) Academy and was selected to return as a 2021 Fellow of the NELC Academy.

Ms. Paspulati received her law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
