Mr. Walrod regularly represents clients ranging from closely held businesses to major universities in business and employment disputes. He has helped his clients achieve favorable outcomes, from reasonable settlements to unqualified verdicts in the courtroom. In addition to business and employment disputes, his background includes contract litigation, real estate matters, and shareholder disputes. He looks forward to bringing his skill to all stages of litigation to solve client problems.

Mr. Walrod is proud to have contributed to several trial victories for his clients, including prevailing on a complaint in a jury trial, and defending a lawsuit in a bench trial. He also has experience drafting effective pleadings, using motion practice to narrow legal issues, taking and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and moving for and opposing summary judgment. Mr. Walrod has commercial litigation experience in a wide variety of industries, across all stages of litigation.

Mr. Walrod earned his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law, earning a Masin Family Scholarship and working as a research assistant for the American Law Institute, and for the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. He has also served as a policy intern for the Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Walrod managed a startup and worked for the Orange County Business Council.

Mr. Walrod currently serves on the firm's Pro Bono Committee.
