Mr. Basili focuses his practice on assisting clients with the development and implementation of estate plans, as well as estate-related taxation matters, trust administration and representing clients in probate proceedings. He has experience in drafting estate plans involving revocable and irrevocable trusts, and has worked with financial institutions and trustees throughout the trust administration process.

Mr. Basili also regularly provides counsel to clients regarding tax and entity planning and other planning transactions.

Mr. Basili received his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2016, and is currently pursuing a Master in Laws degree (LL.M.) in taxation at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

Mr. Basili was named as one of the “Ones to Watch in America: Trusts & Estates” by Best Lawyers for 2023.
