Kayla M. Mistretta is an Associate in Vedder Price’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team.
Ms. Mistretta counsels clients in aviation and maritime finance and focuses on transactions involving commercial and business aircraft and ships, aviation regulatory compliance, asset securitizations and general equipment finance. She has experience in revolving credit warehouse financings, mortgage financings, securitizations, EETCs and other structured debt financings.
Ms. Mistretta received her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law and her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University. While in law school Ms. Mistretta was Managing Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and served as President of the Corporate and Securities Law Society.
