Jonathon P. Reinisch

Associate

Jonathon P. Reinisch is an Associate in the Chicago office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area.

Mr. Reinisch concentrates his practice on commercial litigation matters for clients across a variety of industries. He has experience litigating all phases of contract, trade secret, intellectual property, technology, data security and employment disputes. Mr. Reinisch has extensive motion experience in state and federal court and regularly counsels clients on e-discovery obligations and management.

In addition, Mr. Reinisch advises clients on drafting restrictive covenants, assessing the enforceability of covenants, and asserting or defending covenant and trade secret claims.

While in law school, Mr. Reinisch served as the Managing Editor of Notes and Comments for the DePaul Law Review and as a legal writing teaching assistant. He received the CALI Award for Excellence in his Legal Profession, Civil Litigation Legal Drafting, and Legal Writing courses.
