Mr. Hernandez’s session, "Best Practices for Importing/Exporting Aircraft," will address the global nature of the business aviation market, and attendees will learn about the key customs and regulatory and tax issues involved when a business aircraft is imported or exported. Mr. Hernandez has considerable experience assisting clients with aircraft transactions and operational issues, financing, leasing and regulatory matters, and export control compliance.
