Ms. Nicotera represents clients across a wide variety of industries on all aspects of employment law, including compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Her practice covers complex legal matters such as hiring and termination, leave and accommodation, sexual harassment, wage and hour and WARN Act compliance. 

Additionally, Ms. Nicotera negotiates confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, separation agreements and nondisclosure and restrictive covenant agreements. She also drafts employee handbooks and policies, conducts workplace investigations, provides training on harassment and discrimination and counsels on collective bargaining and labor disputes.

Ms. Nicotera’s litigation experience includes representing clients in individual and class action matters involving discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment and wage and hour claims in federal and state courts, as well as in out-of-court resolutions. She has also appeared before administrative bodies including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and various state agencies.
