Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Business Immigration group Gabrielle Buckley will present at the 8th Biennial IBA Global Immigration Conference in London.

The conference, presented by the IBA Immigration and Nationality Law Committee and in association with American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Immigration Law Practitioner’s Association brings together immigration and HR professionals to discuss topics including the challenges and opportunities of the new age of global immigration and mobility, dual citizenship, the place of immigration lawyering in a global mobility world and the future for EU and Schengen border controls among other topics.

Ms. Buckley will present the session, “Skilled Workers and Compliance,” where she and her co-panelists will discuss how different countries are reacting to encourage or discourage the employment of skilled workers from overseas, obligations on employers to impose rules and much more.
