Gabrielle Buckley, Shareholder and co-chair of the Business Immigration practice group, will moderate the panel, “The US Immigration Scene Post Election Day” at the 2017 Global Immigration Law Summit in London. This inaugural conference brings together leading lawyers in immigration law and policy with senior HR and Global Mobility professionals from all around the world to provide timely legal analysis and discussion on the key immigration topics that are impacting businesses. The overarching themes of the conference will be the immigration implications of Brexit, the changing political landscape and immigration law in a practical global context.

Ms. Buckley’s session will cover post-election issues relating to immigration. She and her esteemed panel of speakers, which includes the Chief of Visa Services for the U.S. Embassy in London, will discuss the Presidential Executive Orders, implications for businesses that employ foreign nationals, entrepreneur/investment visas, and international travel issues.
