Shareholder Edward Gross will present at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Legal Forum in St. Pete Beach, FL. The annual Legal Forum will include general and specific sessions and roundtable discussions on a variety of equipment financing topics.

Mr. Gross will moderate the discussions pertinent to aircraft financing at the “Air, Rail & Marine” roundtable. The panel will discuss certain issues that are common to air, rail and marine financings, such as liability, return condition compliance, assignments and 3rd party agreements. Mr. Gross will also be leading discussions regarding certain aircraft-specific issues, relating to among other things, aircraft registration, progress payment financings, structured financings and cross-border financings. The other panelists will be discussing current issues that impact marine and rail financing.
