Danielle Meltzer Cassel was recently profiled in Leading Lawyers Magazine—Real Estate, Construction & Environmental for the 2014 article, "Danielle Meltzer Cassel: South Shore Contrast Sheds Light on Her Real Estate Career." The article provides an in-depth look at Ms. Cassel's practice and her focus in three primary areas: transactional real estate among private parties including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, leasing and operations; the interface between the private and public sectors in terms of annexation, zoning, land use, infrastructure development, licensing and permitting; and partnerships and economic development incentives. As detailed in the article, Ms. Cassel's practice draws on her South Shore and suburban life experiences.
