Christopher A. Setteducati Joins the Global Transportation Finance Team
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that Christopher A. Setteducati has joined the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team as an associate in the New York office.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Setteducati was an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP. He represents lenders and borrowers in bilateral and syndicated financing transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, asset-based loans, chapter 11 exit financings, acquisition financings, project financings, equipment financings and leveraged leasing transactions. He also has experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of financial instruments, including letters of credit, credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, guaranties and others.

Mr. Setteducati received his bachelor of arts degree cum laude from Boston University and his Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law.
