He focuses his practice on aircraft and commercial bank finance matters. Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Setteducati was a bank finance associate in the New York office of a large international law firm.

Mr. Setteducati represents lenders and borrowers in various equipment financing transactions, including back-leveraged and aircraft lease portfolio facilities, mortgage financings, U.S. Ex-Im Bank-supported financings, EETCs and leveraged leases. He is also experienced in other secured and unsecured lending transactions, such as acquisition financings, asset-based working capital facilities and investment-grade loans.

Mr. Setteducati has been recommended by the Legal 500 United States guide in the Finance—Asset Finance and Leasing category in 2017 and 2019. Mr. Setteducati was also selected for inclusion in Euromoney’s Legal Media Group Rising Stars Expert Guide for Aviation from 2015 to 2018 and recognized among the world’s leading aviation attorneys since 2019. Vedder Price to be named Airline Economics "Aviation 100 Law Firm of the Year" in 2015, 2017 and 2018.
