Blaine Kimrey, a Vedder Price Shareholder in the firm's Chicago office and member of the Litigation practice area, participated in the Media Law Resource Center's, Newspaper Association of America's and National Association of Broadcaster's 2014 Media Law Conference in Reston, Virginia. The two-day conference brought together media counsel to discuss issues facing the media and their lawyers, including employment law, ethics and social media, newsgathering techniques and much more. Mr. Kimrey served as co-chair and facilitator of the Privacy breakout session, which provided attendees with an interactive and focused discussion on the current trends and concerns regarding privacy in the media.
