Andrew Rabet

Andrew Rabet is an Associate in Vedder Price’s London office and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team.
Mr. Rabet focuses his practice on asset finance and works predominantly in the aviation and railcar sectors, advising a range of lessors and operators.
Mr. Rabet has a wide range of aviation finance experience, having previously advised lessors on the sale, purchase, leasing and re-financing of new and existing aircraft. In addition, he has extensive experience acting for large international airlines on the sale and leaseback of new aircraft. Mr. Rabet’s railcar experience has concerned the mobilisation of new railcar operators, the leasing of new high-speed railcars, and regulatory advice on a wide range of industry matters.
