Ms. Davidson concentrates her practice in transportation finance with a special focus on aviation-related transactions. She advises clients on purchasing, selling, leasing, lending and financing aircraft, aircraft engines and locomotives. In addition, she has experience with general corporate matters, such as private fund formation, securities finance and corporate finance.

Ms. Davidson was recognized in the 2023 and 2024 editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America in the Transportation Law category. She received her law degree cum laude from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and her undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University, State University of New York. While in law school, Ms. Davidson was an articles editor for the Hofstra Law Review, the vice president of the Hofstra Intellectual Property Law Association, and a member of the Moot Court Board.
