Mr. Madias focuses his practice on a broad range of tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, wealth succession and trust and estate matters. He has experience in taxable and nontaxable business acquisitions and corporate restructurings, financing transactions, asset securitizations, executive compensation, state and local tax and other complex business transactions. Mr. Madias also has substantial experience in Federal income taxation including researching the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations and other U.S. federal authorities for the purpose of analyzing the tax implications of various business acquisitions and restructurings.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Madias was a Senior Associate at PwC US Tax LLP's Washington National Tax Office in the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax group, specializing in Subchapter-C of the Internal Revenue Code.
