Vedder Price is pleased to announce that veteran attorney Alexander Berger has joined the firm’s New York office as a Shareholder in the Real Estate group.

Most recently Berger spent the past six years as Chair of the Real Estate Department with Meyer, Suozzi, English and Klein, P.C., and he brings extensive experience to Vedder Price with a strong emphasis on representing land proprietors and developers in all facets of transactional real estate, including the acquisition, disposition, financing (construction and acquisition mortgage conduit loans) and leasing of commercial properties regionally, as well as nationwide.

Berger received his law degree from New York Law School, and his undergraduate degree from New York University.
