Megan V. Hardy is an Associate in Vedder Price’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Hardy assisted with various stages of labor and employment litigation, including research and drafting. In addition, Ms. Hardy conducted research and editing for the book, Drafting Contracts (3rd Edition).
Ms. Hardy received her law degree cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law and her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from The College of Saint Rose. While in law school, Ms. Hardy was a senior staff member for the St. John’s Law Review, a founding member & co-chair of events for the Law and Technology Society, and a 1L Student Mentor.
