Thomas M. Wilde, Vedder Price Shareholder and Chair of the Labor and Employment group, will speak at the EEOC Training Institute’s 2015 EEOC Chicago Area Seminar in Northbrook, Illinois. The two-day seminar will cover the latest developments in EEO law and best practices from experts who enforce the law.

Mr. Wilde’s session, "Retaliation: Squelching Employees’ Ability to Report Discrimination," will address the challenges and pitfalls employers may face when dealing with the EEOC’s investigations into employment and separation agreements that prohibit employees from participation in the EEO process, including dealing with work-related complaints made in cyberspace.
