Wendy Onofre is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate group.
Ms. Onofre counsels financial institutions, developers, and investors in connection with a variety of real estate and financing matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, loan documentation, and leasing.
She assists clients during every stage of the real estate transaction process beginning with letters of intent through to closing. As part of her finance experience, Ms. Onofre represents lenders and borrowers in the negotiation, structuring, and documentation of credit facilities, including asset-based, real estate, and construction financing. Additionally, Ms. Onofre has experience handling corporate matters for her clients, such as drafting operating agreements and corporate resolutions, filing Form D Notices, and submitting blue sky filings.
Ms. Onofre graduated from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton.
She is a native Spanish speaker.
