Vedder Price is pleased to announce it served as counsel advising Macquarie AirFinance in connection with its recent sale and leaseback agreement with IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd.).

The sale and leaseback involves six Airbus A321neo aircraft to be delivered to IndiGo, which is India’s largest operating airline. The first delivery which occurred in December 2025 is an important milestone and marks the first A321neo aircraft to join Macquarie’s portfolio. The remaining five aircraft in this transaction are scheduled for delivery through H1 2026.
