A Maverick Real Estate Partners entity Penn Hotel Junior, LLC (“Maverick”) alleged fraud by Mr. Ben-Hamo and Meyer Chetrit, and sought a TRO to block enforcement. Our team defeated Maverick’s motion for a TRO and preserved Mr. Ben-Hamo’s interests.
