Vedder Price’s Global Transportation Finance Group Expands with the Addition of Adam R. Beringer
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that Adam R. Beringer has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a Shareholder in its Global Transportation Finance group.
Beringer served as Senior Legal Counsel for Q Aviation, where he negotiated operating lease agreements and myriad other agreements for over 100 commercial aircraft. Prior to Q Aviation, he was Counsel and Head of Business Affairs Group for Q Investments, L.P. which established Q Aviation in late 2003.
“We have worked closely with Adam over the years, and we are honored to have him on board as we expand our operating lease business,” stated Dean N. Gerber, Chair of the Global Transportation Finance group. “Adam’s background in commercial aircraft portfolios will blend seamlessly with our practice and contribute significantly to our future growth.”
Beringer received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Dayton and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center.
