Vedder Price Represents DLL in Inaugural $501.5 Million Securitization
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it advised DLL as issuer in its inaugural U.S. securitization – DLL Securitization Trust 2017-A – for $501.5 million.
According to DLL’s press release, the securitization is backed by a portfolio of agricultural equipment loans and leases in the U.S. The transaction involved the issuance of $120 million of class A1 notes, $165 million of class A2 notes, $155 million of class A3 notes and $61.5 million of class A4 notes.
