Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it has been named to U.S. News & World Report’s “2024 Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms” in its inaugural ratings of U.S. firms as places to work that were released today.

The list was guided by a panel of experts, with editors conducting an objective, data-driven analysis of law firms on six factors that are important to employee well-being and job satisfaction.  

The six factors included quality of pay and benefits, work/life balance and flexibility, job and company stability, physical and psychological comfort, belongingness and esteem; and career opportunities and professional development. 

The overall evaluation determined that Vedder Price was one of the firms with the highest composite scores for the six factors, meriting inclusion on the list.
