Vedder Price Raises $4,320 for Big Brothers Big Sisters with Jeans Day and £503.00 for Macmillan Cancer Relief
On Friday, October 26, 2018, Vedder Price’s US offices ditched the standard business-casual dress code and instead were invited to participate in Jeans Day for a donation of $5 or more to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America as part of the Vedder Cares program.
We are pleased to announce that Jeans Day raised $2,160 after terrific engagement and enthusiasm from staff and attorneys. Vedder Price then matched this amount, bringing the total raised for Big Brothers Big Sisters to $4,320!
The London office also recently participated in “The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning” to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. People all over the UK hosted their own Coffee Mornings at home or at their offices to collect donations for Macmillan. This year, the London office raised £251.50 while enjoying coffee and cakes together. Vedder Price then matched this amount, bringing the total raised to £503.00!
