Vedder Price is pleased to announce the addition of veteran real estate attorney Gregg Bernhard as a Shareholder in the Los Angeles office where he will be a vital component of the firm’s expanding Real Estate Practice group.

The primary focus of Bernhard's practice is on domestic real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisition, leasing financing and development. 

Prior to joining the firm, Bernhard spent the previous seven years as a Partner with Seyfarth Shaw LLP, and he brings to Vedder Price extensive experience in representing owners, sellers, buyers, borrowers and tenants in various facets of commercial real estate. 

Bernhard received his law degree from the University of California Davis School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, cum laude.
