Vedder Price is pleased to announce that veteran finance attorney Nicholas Pascal has joined its London office as a Partner in the firm’s Finance & Transactions group.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas spent the last eight years in the international finance group for Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP’s London office. He brings to Vedder Price extensive experience advising international clients on complex cross border financings, distressed debt and restructurings in various sectors, including entertainment telecommunications and energy.

Nicholas also focuses on providing English Law advice and guidance on a broad range of finance transactions, including corporate finance, acquisition finance and project finance transactions. Additionally, over the course of his career he has represented numerous corporate clients, investment banks and development finance institutions across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions with a special focus on emerging markets and the EMEA region.

Nicholas received his Legal Practice Course from the College of Law in London with distinction and his undergraduate law degree from the University of Exeter School of Law in England.
