Vedder Price Adds Shareholder Andrew Falevich to New York Tax Practice
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that Andrew Falevich has joined the firm as a Shareholder in its Tax & Estate Planning practice group in the New York office.
Mr. Falevich focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and partnership transactions. He has substantial experience in planning for specialized corporate entities such as S corporations and real estate investment trusts. He also has extensive experience in state and local taxation, including state and local tax audits and controversies.
“I’m excited to contribute to our existing tax capabilities and lend my experience in M&A and general corporate finance to our other practice groups to best serve our clients,“ said Mr. Falevich.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Falevich was special counsel at Fried Frank, where he worked since 2005. He earned his LL.M. from New York University School of Law, his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, his M.A. from The City University of New York and his B.A. from Columbia University. Mr. Falevich is fluent in Russian.
