Tinuade “Tinu” V. Familuyi is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Dallas office and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team.
Ms. Familuyi has experience working with municipalities and companies on various issues including real estate and construction matters, third party service contracts and general bond law.
Ms. Familuyi received her law degree from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, where she graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Legal Research and Writing. During her time in law school, Ms. Familuyi worked as a graduate research assistant and graduate teaching assistant and served as a senior editor of the Thurgood Marshall Law Review.
