Ms. Wilkerson has extensive experience drafting and negotiating service agreements and data protection agreements on behalf of major tech companies. She also has advised start-up venture and founder clients on general matters including cryptocurrency laws, stock issuance and corporate formation. Additionally, she has experience assisting private equity portfolio companies in connection with acquisitions and general corporate activities. 

Ms. Wilkerson received her law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where she served as Vice President of Events for the Black Law Students Association and as an Article Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Policy.
